At Skin Deep Med Spa we are committed to the health and safety of all of our patients and employees. You may notice things will be a little bit different coming to the spa. We are incorporating new CDC cleaning and other guidelines into our regular routines and we have modified the overall flow of patient interaction to ensure everyone stays safe. Here are a few things to expect when coming in for an appointment:

Pre-appointment

We will be open for Cosmetic Injectables only upon our reopening. Additional announcements will continue to be made as we implement other services.

We ask that anyone with any COVID-like symptoms calls to reschedule their appointment.

We will be conducting phone consults prior to your appointment. This will entail asking you a few questions related to your recent travel, exposure to any high risk COVID environments and other questions as recommended by the CDC.

We will also be conducting a simple temperature check with a touchless thermometer upon your arrival.

Arrival

We ask that you bring and wear a face mask to your visit. If you do not have one, we will provide you one at the front door.

Now more than ever, it is crucial to be on time for your appointment. This allows us to adhere to new guidelines regarding disinfecting between each patient. We are spacing our appointments so that there will be only one patient in the spa at a time. We ask that you show up a few minutes before your scheduled time and wait outside and we will call yo in when your treatment room is ready.

Patients should wait outside for their appointment, as we will be taking only one patient at a time in the office.

In-office Visit

Upon entering the office, be aware we will be taking your temperature with a touchless thermometer. Please note extended or prolonged time in the sun directly prior to your appointment may cause false temperature readings.

We are requesting all patients wash their hands with sanitizer upon entering (and leaving) the spa.

Our team will be wearing face masks/shields and other PPE to ensure maximum practitioner/patient safety.

We have added a medical-grade air filtration systems to maximize practitioner and patient safety.

Once in the procedure room, you may be asked to remove your mask depending on the area(s) you are having treated. Our medical team will provide you with instructions to assist you in best/safe practices.

Although we'd love to hear what you have been up to, we ask that you limit in-person communications to procedure related discussions only.

After the procedure, our admin team will use the credit card information you provided during booking, provide you a receipt and also schedule your next visit. You will notice we have installed plexiglass barriers at the front desk as an additional safety measure.

We are closely monitoring the guidelines set forth for our industry and protocol may change at any time. We are committed to complying with the most up to date protocols as they change.
